Standard Returns: We offer a 14-day return window for art prints and canvases. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "as-new" condition.

Original Artworks: Due to the delicate nature of original watercolors, all sales on original pieces are final unless damaged during transit.

Art Print Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the packaging and the print within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Processing Time: Most prints and canvases are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and quality checks before your order is dispatched.

• Canvases/Watercolors: Shipped in protective wrapping and boxes

Colour Accuracy: We strive to display colours as accurately as possible; however, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase before it moves into the production/printing phase.

Handling: Always handle your prints by the edges. The oils from your skin can damage the ink or watercolor paper.

Placement: To ensure longevity, keep your art out of direct sunlight and away from high-humidity areas (like bathrooms) to prevent fading or paper rippling.

Framing: Our prints are sold unframed (unless stated otherwise) and are designed to fit standard frame sizes for your convenience.

Data Usage: We only collect your name, address, and email to process your order and provide shipping updates.

Payment Security: All payments are processed through secure gateways (Wix Payments/PayPal). We never see or store your credit card information.

Marketing: You will only receive marketing emails if you explicitly opt-in at checkout.
